Cherry Granita with Balsamic Dressing DIAMOND Fondo Montebello

Ingredients

  • 1 table spoon of Balsamic Dressing DIAMOND Fondo Montebello
  • 500 g of cherries
  • 100 g of sugar

Preparation

Wash, pit and whip 500 g of cherries, filter through a strainer and mix the obtained juice with a tablespoon of Balsamic Dressing Diamond Fondo Montebello and with 100 g of sugar melted on a low flame with 2 dl of water.

Pour into a container of disposable aluminum and put it in the freezer.
Before serving, whip the frozen mixture, divide into bowls and garnish with fresh cherries.
