Ingredients (for 4 persons)
Put the raisins in a glass of water and leave it for a couple of hours so that the raisins are swollen. Cut the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese in flakes and put them on a serving dish. Crush walnuts and finely chop them.
Use either the chopped walnuts and raisins to garnish your Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
Garnish with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.
