Strawberries with Balsamic Dressing DIAMOND Fondo Montebello


  • 500 g of strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic dressing DIAMOND Fondo Montebello
  • 2 full tablespoons of sugar
  • 150 g of ice cream: cream or “fior di latte” flavors


Wash strawberries without keeping them too close to the water jet, to not damage them.
Remove the stalks and cut them into slices or, if they are small, in quarters and place in a bowl.
Add sugar and balsamic dressing Diamond Fondo Montebello.
Working the ice cream in a bowl to soften it, divide it into 4 cups, add the strawberries and serve.
