Check the integrity of goods once delivered.

At the time of physical delivery by the courier, please verify:

• The number of packages delivered corresponds to the one indicated in the shipping document or invoice;
• Identity and quality of products indicated on the packaging are the same as indicated on the invoice;
• The packaging is not damaged, wet or altered;
• The invoice or the shipping document, included in the envelope outside one of the box or delivered by courier, must be preserved for future reference;
• Mismatch in the number of packages or indications such as the loss or damage, must be immediately reported to the courier.
