Dark brown color, made with must only and wine vinegar from organic farming. A balsamic of great density, characterized good acidity, pleasant fruit aromas red and important spicy and sweet notes. Ideal used raw on salads and mixed salads, meats and added in sauces and dips. Also excellent on fruit and desserts.
