From the combination of pears and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena we have created this soft, fresh compote with a tempting and pleasant acidity, which is perfect with blue and medium matured cheeses. Excellent spread on bread for breakfast, snacks or for delicious tarts. Ingredients: Pears 50% min., concentrated grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena / Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP 15% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), wine vinegar 5%. Contains Sulphites.
